Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Luxeline Interiors LLC. We strive to deliver high-quality products and services tailored to our customers' requirements.

  1. CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

All custom-made, made-to-order, bespoke, or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced and/or materials have been ordered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom furniture
• Upholstery works
• Joinery items
• Wall panels
• Pergolas
• Louvers
• Decorative installations
• Any product manufactured according to customer specifications

  1. STANDARD PRODUCTS

For non-custom, ready-made products purchased through our website, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery provided that:

• The item is unused
• The item is in its original condition
• The item is in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

  1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify Luxeline Interiors LLC within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs showing the issue.

Upon verification, Luxeline Interiors LLC may, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the item
• Replace the item
• Issue a full or partial refund

  1. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins. Any design fees, consultation fees, material procurement costs, or administrative expenses already incurred may be deducted from any refund.

Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

  1. REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

  1. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or made-to-order products
• Items altered at the customer's request
• Items damaged through misuse, neglect, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
• Clearance, discounted, or sale items
• Services that have already been performed

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Luxeline Interiors LLC or a verified manufacturing defect.
